Moat

アンコールトムの環濠は、「ひとつながりの濠」ではない。4つのカギ型の濠と、ひとつの矩形の濠からなっている。これらの濠を隔てているのは、5つの城門につながる陸橋である。陸橋にはそれぞれ、乳海攪拌のモチーフを具現化した欄干がある。環濠の幅は100メートル。

	Northeat corner of the moat. 東門（勝利の門）北側の環濠に降り、北方向を見る。奥に見えるのが環濠北東角。乾期で水が干上がった環濠の底は平らだった。
